I mean Sidd seems to be one of the only guys left that thinks before he acts, but you see so little of him that the show just seems to be removed of anything intellectual.ĮDIT: Oh ya. It's like all the cold, calculating characters are gone. Did they fire all their original writers or something? The show was AWESOME in Season 2. I don't think I can watch this show any more.
It's like the writers aren't even trying give reasons for their stupid behavior any more. then he finds some money and that makes him unstable? There's like ZERO explanation other than yet another freaking character has a total anger management problem besides Chris, Tony, Ralphie (when he was alive), Paulie, etc. WTF is that? He studies for years and works at a sh!tty job for a year to go legit. Then, all of a sudden, he gets pissed for some reason and decides to beat the crap out of the asian dude. It was cool how the asian dude wanted to invest in him and he was getting his shop started. The massage parlor guy trying to go legit was a pretty neato twist. Furio was too cool of a character to all of a sudden ghey it out and be in love.īut season 5 has sucked enough that I think we're just gonna quit watching Sopranos altogether.
Though, Furio being 'in love' with Carmela was stupid. It's like their formula just turned into 'kill off character introduce new character repeat.' IMO, it was stupid how they killed off Ralphie when he was such a good character. We loved Seasons 1-3, though season 4 seemed to go down hill a bit. My gf and I started watching the DVDs of Sopranos from season 1 and up.
